TuneUp Ball Massage

Release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect with your body through mindful self-massage.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn practical techniques using Tune Up therapy balls to ease muscle tightness, improve circulation, and awaken a sense of spaciousness and calm.
