These 90-minute sessions use Tune Up Massage Balls to gently hydrate connective tissue, improve circulation, and soften areas that hold winter tension.

March 19 - Upper Body Focus

Release the ribcage, diaphragm, shoulders, neck, and upper back to improve breathing and posture.

March 26 - Lower Body Focus

Open the hips, glutes, sacrum, and legs to reduce compression and restore grounded mobility.

Attend one session or experience the full upper-to-lower body reset.
