Learn effective self-massage techniques using therapy balls to target tight muscles, reduce stress, and enhance body awareness.
Perfect for all levels, this workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Your body holds stories, emotions, and stress - often stored deep within the fascia, the connective tissue that shapes how you move and feel.
TUNE UP YOUR BODY is a hands-on self-massage workshop designed to gently unwind these layers using therapeutic Tune Up balls and simple myofascial release techniques.
A deeply effective and accessible way to soften, release, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
In this 2.5-hour guided experience, you will explore:
- How tension is held in the body
- How fascia responds to pressure, breath, and mindful awareness
- How self-massage can improve mobility, posture, and comfort
- How to use Tune Up balls for release and relaxation
- What changes in your body before vs. after the practice
Tune Up balls will be provided for use during the workshop.
Optional purchase available on site.
