Hello! I'm Andrijana Sabadosh, your dedicated guide to vibrant living through holistic Yoga and Ayurveda. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and more than 1000 hours of training, complemented by a degree in Psychology, I specialize in supporting women in midlife. My unique approach blends Eastern philosophies with Western psychology, aiming to empower you through self-healing practices.
