GROUP CLASSES
Any age, shape and experience is welcome (in this and any other of my classes!) I am offering options throughout the practice so you can find your pace and what feels good for your body. In participants new to yoga first few classes can be intimidating and that is normal. We were all there! We all had our first yoga class once! In these classes you will hear step-by-step guidance as we move, and this place will soon enough feel like hOMe! For experienced practitioners this can be a class to slow down a bit, and perhaps revisit the poses from some other angle.

Hi Andrijana, I wanted to let you know how fortunate I feel I was to have our paths cross at Healing in the Park these past few months. I have been practicing yoga for a number of years now, but I always enjoy the opportunity to meet a new yoga instructor and participate in their classes. The classes always included a warm up for the joints to reduce the chance of strain, the flows were gently vigorous but kept us moving, your cuing was good reminder and kept us safe, your voice was soothing and encouraging and playful all at the same time. We used props when it was appropriate and they were a nice compliment to the class. I felt I was a better person at the end of each session and looked forward to the next meeting. Thanks again for enriching my yoga practice.
