An Abhyanga session begins with listening.


Your first visit includes a short Ayurvedic consultation - a warm conversation where we look at your current state of health, lifestyle, and the ways stress or imbalance may be showing up in your body and mind. I’ll ask about your daily habits, sleep, digestion, and energy levels, then use this to shape a session that supports you best.

The massage itself is 90 minutes of flowing, restorative touch with warm herbal oils, designed to nourish your body and calm your nervous system. As part of your first session, you’ll also receive a Wellness Recommendation Report — a simple, personalized guide with everyday practices drawn from Ayurveda. This may include easy routines, food suggestions, or self-care rituals you can bring into daily life.

Follow-up sessions are focused purely on the massage, but the effect deepens over time: many people describe not only less tension in their body, but a sense of clarity, ease, and lightness that carries into the days after.

  • Warm Oils – premium Ayurvedic oils, blended with therapeutic essential oils, are warmed and applied with flowing, rhythmic strokes.

  • Marma Point Work – gentle attention to traditional energy points (similar to acupressure) helps restore balance throughout the body.

  • 90 Minutes of Care – long, soothing movements calm the nervous system and ease both physical and emotional tension.

  • Integration – after the massage, you’ll have a quiet moment to rest, allowing the oils and the experience to fully settle.

For first-time sessions, the treatment also includes a short Ayurvedic consultation and a personalized wellness report with simple practices you can take home.
