AyurYoga is a seasonal approach to yoga that understands two things deeply:
Your body is always changing - and the world around you is always influencing you.
SPRING changes the pace of things.
The light shifts.
The air softens.
The earth begins to thaw.
And we feel that too.
You may notice that your body feels a little heavier than usual.
Your energy is not as steady.
Digestion feels slower, or less clear.
Part of you is ready for spring, and another part is still catching up.
There is wisdom in that.
In Ayurveda, spring is a season of transition.
In nature, spring brings melting, movement, and renewal.
What was quiet and held through winter begins to soften and flow again.
We are not separate from that rhythm.
Just as the earth begins to release what has been stored,
the body also begins to clear, awaken, and reorganize itself.
Sometimes this feels energizing.
Sometimes it feels slow, foggy, emotional, or uncomfortable.
Both are part of the process.
This series is here to support that shift with care.

Hi, I’m Andrijana, RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (Yoga International Certified & NAMA recognised), and founder of Play & Pause Yoga.
With a background in psychology and over a decade of teaching experience, I weave together Yoga, Ayurveda, functional movement, and restorative practices to help people reconnect with their bodies and move through life with more ease.
My classes blend mindful movement with nervous system wisdom, creating a space to balance effort and rest, play and pause, so you can feel grounded, calm, and at home in your body.

Not at all. Each class is designed to meet you where you are, with gentle guidance and personalised adjustments.
Bring your yoga mat if you have one, but don’t worry if you don’t, as a few mats will be available at the studio. You might also like to bring a blanket or shawl for extra comfort.
Each session builds on the one before, so attending in person is the best way to experience the full journey. If you happen to miss a class, don’t worry - we’ll touch on the main themes at the next session, and you’re always welcome to connect with me afterward so I can help you catch up. In longer series, I sometimes offer a make-up option, but for this 4-week session, personal support between classes works best.
Andrijana is outstanding teacher, she radiates positive energy and warmth. Her classes are well balanced between serious workout and relaxation. I attended her yoga classes and also Tuna Up Your Body workshop and I am hooked, will follow her all endeavours since everything I done so far with her enriched my life and helped me fell better in my body.
Andrijana puts an enormous amount of thought and care into her gentle yet challenging yoga classes. There is zero judgment here, just a calm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere where the physical poses are only a part of the overall objective: encouraging nurturing of the self with patience, compassion, and a sense of humour.
Andrijana is an excellent yoga teacher. A warm person who makes you feel safe and willing to try new things in which you succeed most of the times! Creative and energizing teacher willing to bring fun during the most challenging poses making you to persist and be proud of yourself at the end. The meditation at the end makes me feel relaxed and happy. She teaches you how to listen to your body and therefore how far to go in a pose if you have injuries or weaknesses and not to feel bad about yourself if you're unable to do the pose as she does. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to do yoga!
