SOLD OUT — Thank you for the wonderful interest!

There are 2 spots remaining for the Lower Body class on March 26th.

Please email me if you are interested, or register through the individual class purchase.

Upper Body + Lower Body | 90 Minutes Each

This two-session series is designed to give your body time to fully release and integrate.

Using Tune Up Massage Balls, we work slowly and intentionally with fascia — the connective tissue network that influences posture, mobility, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

When fascia softens, the entire system reorganizes.

This 2-class container allows you to experience a complete upper-to-lower body reset.

March 19 — Upper Body Focus

Ribcage, diaphragm, shoulders, neck, and upper back.

We’ll open the chest, improve breathing capacity, release neck and shoulder tension, and create more space through the upper spine.

March 26 — Lower Body Focus

Glutes, hips, sacrum, hamstrings, and legs.

This session supports hip mobility, reduces low back compression, improves circulation, and enhances grounding.

Why Take Both?

When you attend both sessions, you allow your body to:

• release accumulated winter tension • support lymphatic circulation as spring begins • improve mobility through the entire kinetic chain • regulate the nervous system more deeply • integrate change progressively rather than abruptly

The experience is more complete — and more lasting.

Investment

2-Class Series: $50 + HST

(Individual classes are available for $30 each.)

Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and supported environment.

Location: Home Studio (address shared upon registration)
