Upper Body + Lower Body | 90 Minutes Each

This two-session series is designed to give your body time to fully release and integrate.

Using Tune Up Massage Balls, we work slowly and intentionally with fascia — the connective tissue network that influences posture, mobility, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

When fascia softens, the entire system reorganizes.

This 2-class container allows you to experience a complete upper-to-lower body reset.

March 19 — Upper Body Focus

Ribcage, diaphragm, shoulders, neck, and upper back.

We’ll open the chest, improve breathing capacity, release neck and shoulder tension, and create more space through the upper spine.

March 26 — Lower Body Focus

Glutes, hips, sacrum, hamstrings, and legs.

This session supports hip mobility, reduces low back compression, improves circulation, and enhances grounding.
