Andrijana is an excellent yoga teacher. A warm person who makes you feel safe and willing to try new things in which you succeed most of the times! Creative and energizing teacher willing to bring fun during the most challenging poses making you to persist and be proud of yourself at the end. The meditation at the end makes me feel relaxed and happy.She teaches you how to listen to your body and therefore how far to go in a pose if you have injuries or weaknesses and not to feel bad about yourself if you're unable to do the pose as she does. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to do yoga!

Andrijana has experience to help with wherever you are at in your practice. She creates a lesson that is unique every class, beautifully incorporates movement with body and spirit. I just Love her meditation sessions at the end of the class. It brings peace and joy, and you really feel relaxed.

At the end of meditation or pranayama

How to Practice Cocooning
Here’s a step-by-step guide to this energy protection ritual:
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe naturally. Set the intention to come home to yourself.
Place both hands behind your head, as if collecting scattered thoughts. Sweep the energy forward and bring your palms together at your heart. Repeat 2–3 times.
Bring your hands behind your lower back. Sweep this energy forward and again bring palms to prayer. Repeat 2–3 times, noticing how grounded you feel.
Stretch your arms wide overhead. Visualize soft white light pouring down. Gather it into your palms, draw it into your energy field, and seal it below your body.
Raise your arms again. Imagine a clear blue light descending. Bring it in, seal it, and rest in its healing cocoon.
Lift your arms wide one last time. Visualize golden light streaming down. Seal it into your energy field, resting in a cocoon of transformation.
Sit quietly, surrounded by light. Affirm silently:
“Nothing comes in, and nothing goes out, except unconditional love.”
Cocooning in a Few Minutes
No time for the full ritual? You can still benefit by simply closing your eyes and visualizing a cocoon of light around you for a few breaths. Even a short practice can shift your energy and calm your mind.
