This 4-week AyurYoga series is designed to move with that rhythm.

We will build strength without strain, support hormonal balance and women’s health, improve mobility, and integrate rest in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

Each class blends intelligent strengthening, breath-work, fascia-informed mobility, and restorative integration — created especially for women 40+ who want to feel capable, grounded, and clear as the season shifts.
