This monthly pass includes access to all Thursday classes in the Fire + Rest series — alternating between restorative and energizing practices designed to support nervous system health, metabolism, and emotional balance.

1st & 3rd Thursdays: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
2nd & 4th Thursdays: Strength-Building Flow focused on core and vitality

Classes are held live online every Thursday at 7:30 PM via Zoom.

After registering, you’ll receive a Zoom link for the full month.

Recordings are available upon request for 3 days after each class.
