From Me to You

I’m Andrijana, a Yoga & Ayurveda Specialist with over 10 years of experience. I’ve taught in Toronto’s studios and public libraries, created workshops and retreats, and worked in clinical settings with clients healing from trauma and in recovery.

Since November 2019, I’ve been leading our Morning Yoga community, and I created this evening series to bring the same balance of strength and restoration that has helped me — and many of my students — thrive in midlife.

I take this work with a grateful heart: to help you reconnect with yourself, feel empowered in your body, and live fully — with all of life’s ups and downs.

Every month, we explore a new theme from Ayurveda and wellness.
