I designed this course from both personal experience and years of teaching, knowing what it’s like to crave peace, clarity, and purpose in the midst of busy days. You don’t need to be experienced. You only need to show up.

What We’ll Explore in the First 21 Days

We begin with the most grounding elements; the body and the breath, because this is where presence begins. These anchors are always with you. They help you land in the now.

Week 1 – Coming Home to the Body:

Guided body relaxation and somatic awareness to release tension and reconnect with the physical self. Learn to feel grounded, safe, and supported in your body.

Week 2 – Breath & Stillness:

Explore breath awareness, the So Hum mantra, and how to stay present for longer periods. You’ll begin to experience calm as a choice, not a coincidence.

Week 3 – Mind & Awareness:

Learn how to observe your thoughts without getting lost in them. You’ll discover the "sky of awareness", a vast still space where thoughts come and go like clouds.
